a) "PwD" refers to a Person with Disability.
b)"User" refers to any individual who signs up with a mobile number or an email ID and is related to a PwD by family relation such as mother, father, sibling, cousin, niece, nephew, guardian, caretaker, or trustee, residing in India or abroad.
2. User Registration
a) By signing up, User agrees to declare his/her
relationship with the PwD and provide accurate information.b) User has the option to conceal the email ID, contact number, or both to avoid contact by other Users.
3. Registration Fee
a) User is required to pay a one-time non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 100.
b) Upon registration, User must fill various fields, including name, ID proof, relation to the PwD, select the disability of the PwD, and set a password. An OTP is sent for login and payment confirmation.
c) Proof of Identity is a must to avoid any anonymous registration happening on the website.
4. User Responsibilities
a) User agrees to provide and update contact details, information about the PwD, and data regarding the support system and organizations contacted for the development of the PwD.
b) The information provided by User will be visible to other Users except 3. C)
5. Privacy Policy
a) Details of the PwD, except the name and address, will be visible to other Users.
b) Users may contact information providers only if contact display is opted for; otherwise, only the information is visible.
6.Website Usage
The Website does not facilitate or endorse reviews or feedback about any center or professional. The information shared by Users on the website are references or guidance to the centres or professionals who search for such information.
7. Information Updates
Users have the option to update information at any time.
8.Events and Announcements
The Website may include events or announcements by professionals or organizations under an MoU with Team SahayaManjari. Users are free to contact the organisors on the contact information shared by them.
9. Liability
a) Team SahayaManjari is not responsible for misinformation, incorrect information, or incomplete information provided by Users. Users are advised to check the information before taking steps for usage.
b) Neither Team SahayaManjari nor Users are liable for deficiencies in services or unacceptable behavior by any center or professional mentioned by them.
c) Verification of User’s details and other particulars posted by the User do not come under the scope of SahayaManjari and Sahayamanjari.com accepts no responsibility in this respect.
d) The team of SahayaManjari does not undertake to intervene or participate nor arbitrate any dispute between the organisors and the Users.
10. Payment Gateway Usage.
a) Users may utilize designated payment gateways provided on the Website to remit the registration fee.
b) Payment processing is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway service providers.
11. Payment Authorization.
a) By initiating a payment transaction through the Website, Users authorize us to facilitate the processing of payment through the selected payment gateway.
b) Users agree to provide accurate and valid payment information for the transaction.
12. Transaction Confirmation
Upon successful completion of the payment transaction, Users will receive a confirmation notification via email or on the Website. Users are responsible for retaining transaction records and confirmation details for their reference.
13. Payment Gateway Policies
Users acknowledge that payment gateway transactions are governed by the terms and conditions, privacy policies, and security protocols of the respective payment gateway service providers.
14.Payment Disputes.
In the event of any dispute or issue related to payment transactions processed through the payment gateway, Users agree to resolve such disputes directly with the payment gateway service provider. We are not liable for any disputes, errors, or unauthorized transactions arising from the use of payment gateways.
15. Transaction Security.

However, Users acknowledge that electronic transactions carry inherent security risks, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access or interception.
16. Transaction Fees

Refunds for registration fees are subject to the refund policy, that is due to technical reasons, else the registration fee is not refundable. Users may contact us for inquiries regarding refunds, but the final decision regarding refunds rests with management of sahayamanjari.com
18. Limitation of Liability
We disclaim any liability for losses, damages, or liabilities incurred by Users in connection with payment gateway transactions, including but not limited to errors, delays, or fraudulent activities. However in any case/s the liability of any kind and any amount is limited to the registration amount paid by the User.
19. Modification of Payment Gateway Terms
a) We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the use of any payment gateway on the Website at our sole discretion.
b) Users will be notified of any changes to the payment gateway terms and conditions through the Website. Users are requested to refer to the website of contact sahayamanjari.com for any information or update.
20. Termination Policy
a) Users shall have to notify SahayaManjari via email in case the PwD is deceased to enable us to update the records or any service providers.
b) SahayaManjari will mask the User's contact details and profile upon such notification. However, the information shared with reference to facility centre/professional will continue on the website.
21. Ownership
The Website is owned by Kou-Chan Digi Merchants Pvt Ltd, Bangalore and all rights are reserved including copywrite and other similar applicable laws.
22. Jurisdiction
For legal matters, the jurisdiction will be the courts in Bangalore.
23. User Liability
Users sharing information on the Website are not liable for any future incidents related to services or professionals referred by them.

24.Disclosure Clause..
A.We assure that we use the identification for any legal purpose, if and only if required by law any time. We also assure that your ID proof number or contact details are not disclosed anywhere nor used by us or shared to third party through us for any commercial purpose.
